dogs_bolx Posted August 20, 2004 Report Posted August 20, 2004 Just for amusement - We have had upto 39 mph using a beamer 1.8 (a friend's girlfriends kite, she wasn't there luckily). It's fine, not stretched and flys OK still. I've borrowed the 3.6 and 5 metre types, all are great value for money. The 5M is best for winds upto around 15mph. The 1.8 was in around 30mph when we got the speed above. Quote
