dorothy Posted July 29, 2004 Report Posted July 29, 2004 just a quick q, anyone know where the best place to get spares for my elixir in the uk are? Preferably in the sort of somerset/bath area? And any idea how to fix them on? I've lost a nock off the wing tip and it's left some sort of bizarre screw thread device which is actually rather loose in the spar? Ideas anyone? Thanks in advance! When My E2 bought the big one I had to get spares from Prism in Seattle which was a bit of a bummer. How are you getting on with the I2K by the way? Somewhere over the Rainbow! Quote

It's certainly a whole world of difference to the elixir. I don't think I've managed to get the thing to turtle or pancake yet without having to throw my whole body downwind. And that was in an 8mph breeze. I'm sure it's just a matter practise.........GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR............ I'm actually determined to love it as my elixir is now hobbled and I want to prove to myself that IS a nice kite. LOL Quote
