See if anyone elsae wants things from there as you have to pay in euros by bank transfer for which there is a 1 off charge. Also have to pay for shipping. Going in as a group you get to share some of the costs and perhaps get below thier list prices. I got 3 16;; disk wheels, spacers, washers tyres tubes and valves for 180€. They were good tyres as well. Treaded but only 2.25 inch. For getting the disks on the forks, 2 options, get some intermediate sized forks that would accomodate the disks. Or, contact wind welder from here as he makes up custom fittings. Assuming you have wide golf club type lugs on the down tubes of your forks, an extender bracket plate can be made. They are very well made and look professional in the sense they look like they are meant to fit on the forks. Quote

Big G Posted April 5, 2004 Report Posted April 5, 2004 Spoked alloy suzuki or kawaski m/c wheels 18/19 inch are dirt cheap and will take a 20mm bearing as standard - they are light and strong about £20 each. Run 5-7 degrees cambers and parallel - The camber is to reduce the axial load on the bearings which increases with wheel diameter. Tyres the wider the better 3" max but watch for wall flex.
