jon-jon Posted April 6, 2016 Report Posted April 6, 2016 Looking to upgrade my harness. Have an old mystic warrior and have always had problems with it riding up. What do people recommend? Quote
welshafro Posted April 6, 2016 Report Posted April 6, 2016 Ion harnesses are super comfy and I here ride engines harness is spot on. Last year I tried a few mystics and the drip ended up being the most comfy cool looking as well as being good on price. Quote
Blast Posted April 6, 2016 Report Posted April 6, 2016 I lost my harness in novenber last year and got a drip to temp replace it.. super comfy and a great price. Got a new mystic legend now.. extremely comfy/light and doesent absorb water Quote
welshafro Posted April 7, 2016 Report Posted April 7, 2016 Ha ha I ended up getting drip for same reason, couldn't believe my luck when I got the drip. I am sure blast could sort you a harness. Quote
BillyGoat Posted April 7, 2016 Report Posted April 7, 2016 Naish....Naish....Naish.. Sadly they no longer sell harnesses in the UK but you can order from europe. The 2016 Naish harnesses are stunning. All the webbing is replaced by pulling out if it gets worn. Super good fit and so comfy, one of the longest and best kitesurfing brands out there.... Yes I fly Torch's :-) Quote
SonnyRider Posted April 7, 2016 Report Posted April 7, 2016 I've never tried a Naish. But I do like the sound of the replaceable webbing as that's always the first thing to go. And when that's gone, normally, a really good harness has to be binned. Quote
BillyGoat Posted April 8, 2016 Report Posted April 8, 2016 It was the reason I originally bought them. I destroy that side webbing and get through it in one year for some reason ? All Naish harnesses have replaceable webbing, you just pull it through the buckle the other way. The new webbing can be bought for a few £. The Naish Mafia & Cartel are so strong and supportive. SonnyRider Posted April 8, 2016 Report Posted April 8, 2016 But nobody is selling them in the UK? I've just looked on their site and it lists the usual suspects as stockist, but when you click on the links, nothing is shown. Actually I saw an Alana listed on one site. I don't get on so well with waist harness, so was looking at their board short. Doesn't mention about replaceable webbing. Plus no where to try one on \ see it. Shame Quote
BillyGoat Posted April 8, 2016 Report Posted April 8, 2016 I think Kingofwatersports have just strating selling Naish Harnesses again, try them. Quote
Gudge Posted June 14, 2016 Report Posted June 14, 2016 Jon-Jon we have the Naish Targa Harness shorts on our new site at Oceanberm,I have been using them and they definatley don't ride up and are super comfy, if there is something in particular you are after drop me a message on the site and I'll see what I can do. Dragnfly Posted June 16, 2016 Report Posted June 16, 2016 I keep twitching with a north air styler. Any opinions? Is it heavy? Also, my mystic majestic weighs a metric tonne when wet - are there any harnesses that stay light weight? Quote
Blast Posted June 16, 2016 Report Posted June 16, 2016 Yup I mentioned the Mystic Legend above, it doesn't absorb any water at all and is very light already as it's had a load of the crap cut out of it.
