Hi guys. Im wondering if anyone has a template for a standard flexifoil buggy belly pan.

I found one for a flexifoil scout but it was a bad fit. The top was good but the bottom needed to be much bigger. Iv wrecked loads of sheet of thin board trying to make a template but cant seem to get it right. Would enjoy making one myself.

Thanks.

I don't have the plans available. I do have a pan that fits a standard Flexi bug. TBH it's a bit of a bitch to take off / on cause of the cable ties, but if lots of guys want it I might if I can get some free time.

I'm still not sure how emailing a PDF would work though. Surely you'll need it to be to scale (1:1) bit no printer will be able to print anything that big.. ? And I'm not sure how I would get it onto the computer.. I'll have a think.

I have a paper one at home I could measure and draw it out when I get back at end of July. Tom as for yours being a bitch to take off why not widen the holes and use Velcro tabs the pan doesn't take any major constant tension so should be fine and easier to take off

So cutting 4 cable ties and tracing round your pan is to much hassle elfasa??? Come on its 4 fecking cable ties!!!!!!!

Ben-mav can you confirm the type of flexi buggy you've got cause I'm pretty sure a scout pan would be identical to a ss buggy pan since they are the same buggy just different materials.................

Tom does yours attach at the down tube as well the template I have has the pan wedged under the down tube

(Its Tim, but don't worry :D )

From memory If attached at 3 points either side, 6 in total, and they're all onto the side rails. It's not attached to the down tube. If you were to turn the bug upside down, and look at it from straight above it pretty much covers the areas inside the side rails (cause it attaches to them) and goes back as far as the seat, so about 6-8 inches from the rear axle.

I don't pay much attention to it TBH, and I have a splash guard too which covers up that side. I'll have a proper look tomorrow if you want.

It also came with the bug, so might be different to others, and I didn't know. If you can spare ~£30 I think Get a DSK one, and get some custom graphics :D

Looking at their gallery it looks like there is a bit that goes into the downtube.. Maybe mine was a home built one !?

Hey guys. The buggy is just a standard but I think. It looks the same shape as the scout. Are they the same size. I got a pdf that was a load of files you print off and stick together. It was 8 a4s. There was a full size file too but I didnt have a printer that big. What il do is print them off again and try again and let you know how I get on. They have lines so you can line them up properly. If I get it right il sent who ever wants it in an email. I can send you all one anyway if you like so you can try to. I didnt want to cause any problems. Just thought someone might have a file on there pc. Thanks for the response guys
