bazllfixit Posted April 13, 2013 Report Posted April 13, 2013 Hi there, does anyone know anything about crosby as a kitesurfing spot. I have found a few bits to suggest people use it but no real info on things like which tides to use, parking, any restrictions. Would really appreciate a bit of info if anyone can help. Quote
Andy C Posted April 13, 2013 Report Posted April 13, 2013 Short answer no: not allowed and rangers will be very unhappy, also the presence of various Iron Men in the water make it pretty unsuitable anyway. Go to Ainsdale! (but see lots of previous threads about the need for a permit). Quote

Now looking for somewhere on the west that will work on a southerly. Quote
Andy C Posted April 13, 2013 Report Posted April 13, 2013 Was just about to say Black Rock Sands your best bet, otherwise Rhosneigr or Hells Mouth might work, can't think of anywhere closer. Quote
