Man, I wish I could have entered this sport some 20 years ago. Great vid. I love your style Quote
BoooSt Posted May 14, 2010 Report Posted May 14, 2010 looking good dude, bit more practice and you'll be as good as me! Quote

1991-smithy Posted May 14, 2010 Author Report Posted May 14, 2010 Cheers for the comments on the riding What music should I use then if this still isnt right?? I havnt made a video in a long time, these are the sort of things I need to know. Quote
captain caveman Posted May 14, 2010 Report Posted May 14, 2010 3:13 holy fuck man that was sweet .... u throw that board around beautifully , watched it a few times now . Quote
heres jonny Posted May 14, 2010 Report Posted May 14, 2010 pretty nice mate, i think i need to upgrade to a Charger....that thing has some maaaaadd pop and loop ability..better than Venom 16m anyway what wind are we talking there, in terms of "lightish"? lovely riding :] Quote
Phizz Posted May 14, 2010 Report Posted May 14, 2010 NICE. Music wise, what you need to do is get your original track (Breakfast at Tiffany's), and the Sandstorm track, and use some audio software to match the tempos and pitch, and then mix em together straight out. Quote
B-Roc1599968665 Posted May 14, 2010 Report Posted May 14, 2010 IMO, I wouldn't get overly hung up on the music. Sure the best videos match the tempo of the music to the style of the riding or maybe its just that the tempo of the music influences the way in which we interpret the riding but you could have played the sound of nails scratching a chalkboard and the riding would still be good. Good music is a plus but "bad" music does not diminsh your skills. Play what music you like personally as that's what is probably in your head or ears as you are riding and it adds a more true interpretation of you as a rider as its "your" music matched to "your" riding. Pet peeve... As a father who has young kids in the sport who will soon be riding above my level, the only suggestion I'd make is play music which is somewhat suitable to all audiences. My kids love to see vids of the best riders and I'd prefer to play them not while the sound is muted but I definately don't want them walking around my house dropping the F bomb or talking all ghetto-gangsta about what they are going to do with their 10 year old hoes. 1991-smithy Posted May 14, 2010 Author Report Posted May 14, 2010 (edited) @ carl-the-bullet cheers for the comment on the riding, watched many of your videos, what would u suggest as a good track then instead of just slating my choice?? Could do with some help I know! @ TSP13 I think I met you at the summer jam in 2009, im from Clevedon and the location is a minutes walk from my house, Marshals Field, only good in a westerly - SW though. @ Here's Jonny the wind wasn’t much between 12-16mph at a guess, not enough for my liking, and not enough to think that the 10m is needed. TBH not 100% on exact power I just judge when I get there between if the 10m can kiteloop powerfully and give me enough fun. When it comes to music I haven’t got a clue, , so guess I just guessed what to put (and by the sounds of it got it wrong lol) @ Phizz, wouldn’t have a clue how to mix the two tracks up :S would turn out cool if I could though. I just like to ride and wanted to share my riding with you guys, I didn’t really consider the music but before I make another video ill get some other people’s opinions first lol then hopefully ill get the right track.
