I only have to look at his face in films like Johnny English and he has me in fits. Despite his idiotic portrayal in comedies like Mr. Bean & other somewhat dim witted characters , he is a highly educated man.. I only have one thing in common with him, which is that we both have our birthday on 12th Night. Oh and Festa, he may have something in common with you, he holds a UK LGV licence.
