I was up the lickeys today, testing out my new 12.5m ION IV. Wind was decent, around 5-8mph which was enough for me to get to grips with this beast.

I have never flown a de-powerable kite before and could do with a more experienced member to show me the ropes. I crashed the kite in to the floor a few times before I started getting the hang of it, but to many people around in the snow and on sledges so decided to pack away.

Any of you Lickey Hill boys up for showing me the ropes on a de-powerable kite? I have only flown a 3m Ozone flow in the past so depower is totally alien to me.

Hope to see some of you soon. Also where has the lickey's web site gone?
