Well, I bought a Radsail harness last year but didn't use it much at all as I had a Quadrifoil one that I preferred. However, after a bad fall on the buckle of the Quadrifoil I decided to use the Radsail harness for static flying and buggying.
I had heard that the quality was poor, but when I used it I was actually happy enough, lots of adjustments, spreader bar wrapped nicely in neoprene, clips on leg straps covered in neoprene so that they wouldn't nip.
Problem was, I had used it 3 times when the leg strap ripped out of the body of the harness, and that was when buggying in 15mph wind, so hardly extreme use.

On close inspection, the leg strap had been held in place with a single line of stitching, but perhaps surprisingly, it wasn't the stitching that had ripped, it was the material of the harness itself.
I discussed this with the retailer who asked for the harness to be returned and then agreed to credit me with the money I had spent on the harness.
Lessons learnt?
1. Always research purchases properly- in retrospect there were quite a few postings about how poor the quality of the Radsail harness was and how it had failed for others in the past (unfortunately no reviews on here though).
2. Sometimes you need to pay a bit more to get the quality you want, and from my experience harnesses are a case in point.
3. When your purchase doesn't live up to your expectations, it is always worth approaching the retailer that you bought it from. They have a responsibility to sell goods "fit for purpose" and may be keen to sort out problems as in this case.
