We made it!! Lighter winds than expected and a 30 degree windshift meant we landed in Anglesey but still covered the distance in about 7hrs. Big day out, and great end result. Most of the sail was done on a strapless surfboard due to the light winds for me. Bit stiff in the shoulders on Saturday morning but out on the water again today. Hey, would like to get away for a week before December and the ski season looms. Always been a problem finding somewhere with good wind and reasonable temperature (preferably Europe to keep the cost down). Been to Fuerte, Egypt, Tarifa at this time of year, but always seem to be a bit hit and miss on the wind. Was thinking about Porto Pollo, Sardinia. Anyone been there at this time of year, or have any other suggestions for nailing the November spot? Cheers, Rupes

Hi Markarse. Very interested in your thread since I find myself in a similar situation now to you back in Jan. Got some good offers on Mach 3s but don't know much about them. I have previously used Rhino 2s and have 2 years of regular riding. I had a mate who had the 16m but he was just starting out and found it a bit of a handfull. Compared to the Rhino 16 it is even higher aspect and as such is a bit of a beast. That's not all bad as long as it isn't mental. I guess the bottom line is: How did you get on with them since you went ahead and bought them? Be interested to hear your response Rupes

I got my board back!!!!! Thanks to the Flexifoil website and all the help that local kiters have given, I got in touch with the guy who found my board which spent three days at sea after it was taken out on the tide in Aberdovey two weeks ago.
