hello all, saw this thread and wanted to add my 2 cents. kite loops are possible on landboards. i know of 2 riders in the states able to land them both forward and backward (kiteloop,downloop-everyone has a different name). knee pads, hip pads, helmets and elbow pads are always a good idea. In order to get hangtime/heighth to get over the kite you have to jump off of something. Difficult to do backloops on an atb because of lack of traction for pop, therefore on sand you have to make up for it with speed.
If you can't stick these on the water your not ready. Great if you land them, extremely painful if you don't.
Im not sure if the thrill is worth the price?
