Hello, everybody, peps - Fat Bloke 'ear innit ........(our more senior members should get that ....) Sorry not been in touch been doing the "w" thing: strange. I've been working with chronic alcoholics - so its been just like being with you lot all day ;-) Excellent to hear AV's op has gone well :-) Gonzo - the big pointy things do get you like that ;-) FR - looking forward to Friday :-)

Thanks for the birthday posts and texts everybody :-) The snow dome was v v good fun - roll on the real stuff :-) :-) We can always make another trip up if any body (MC, etc) is interested........

Everybody - have spoken with Duck. He really does mean it and has v good reasons (and the right ones ). However, this does not mean we wouldn,t be seeing him, I'm fairly certain he will remain central to FC social events and will make the odd "cameo" apperence at the field; probably in the function of cinematographer (sp ?). So next full moon we all gather at midnight in the field and burn our rubber bath ducks in tribute....................

I currently use AVG and am pretty happy with it. However, my broadband is via BT and I have the option of using theirs for free. What do you techie typres reckon?

Thanks for the tips chaps ;-) At the moment we're just going to wait them out - they have a very limited attention span........... We have also had a chat with the powers that be and it would seem our close is simply flavour of the month/year/decade, they are aware and the camera vans our now on our patch. I expect there will be a few attempts at "name calling" - yawn- then it will probably be some other poor buggers turn :-(

Sounds good, txt me in the morning as to when and where. The local "kids" have decided it's "fun" to steal wireless doorbells ...... Nearly chased them, but stopped myself just in time; I would have caught them and that probably wouldn't be such a good idea (though I can dream....) little s*i*s.

I had the twin rotor one too! I seem to remember it came with a stack of pipes you had to pick up, then land them on an oilrig type thing. All seems a very long time ago.........
