hey guys! finished my new buggy! god I love it. not been for a test drive yet but in the front of my garage it felt very stable. here are a few pics: http://www.zone.ee/popwar/andrease%20valmis%20bagi/ I took the flexifoil buggy measurements but they changed a bit so its a new buggy. the seat works in the same way as well. now it measures 130 in the backaxle and from front axel to back axel its 125cm. the seat is a bit ajustable, height and so on. the buggy is made of exhaust pipes and wheels from starco(it was in my previous post too, a while ago). wheels measure I think 15" in diameter and 6" wide. if that sounds nonsense then I will check, maybe my memory lies. any questions I'd be happy to answer.

that soo cool. you guys buggying together. in estonia we have max 4 buggiers I think. so we dont run into each other when we go buggy. but tell me about the straps you use to get your butt firmly into the buggy so you jump with the buggy not without. without the buggy it would be cool too. going at high speeds and jump out, do a 360 or something and land back in:)

Take a look at "seats" post for pics of my half ready buggy. I suggest you make it out of exhaust pipes too. they don't cost much and you can buy them bent. I used 45degree and 90degree pipes. and get your wheels from Starco.

the tyres are 15 inches in diameter and 6 inches wide. if I remember correctly. and the pipe is very strong.

I got them from this place called Starco or Scandinavian Tyre and Rim Company . They sell wheels and tyres and stuff. you would never belive how many different tyres/wheels they have. The 3 of them including everything(wheels, tyres, bearings and so on) cost me a bit over $100. so very cheap compared to flexifoil ones. search the net for starco and maybe you find them. I don't remembre the url.

how can anyone ban buggying? I don't get it. cos where I live there are max. 5 people who kitebuggy and that isn't a problem to the beaches. but still. it doesn't harm anyone(exept the driver:)). And what happens if you buggy in a place where you are not allowed? cops come running after you?

my buggy has I think 15x6 wheels. steel. wit bearings and all so it should run pretty well. any else ideas what should I do before I color it(of course I will kill the rust and so on)? and I have no idea what I´ll use for the footpeg ends. I want plastic ends like some buggies have. I don't really like the one where you bend the ends up. looks too cheap or something. the flexifoil buggy footpegs are VERY good. I wanted something like them on my buggy too but I didn't find any tube that was bent like this(I can't bend tubes at home so I have to find some, like bicycles or something). and the tubes I used for the frame are the ones that are used under cars where the fumes come out(I couldn't remembre the word:p ). so any ideas for the pegs or anything else?

I'm making a buggy too. but a factory made seat is not an option. can anyone help me to design a good seat? http://www.zone.ee/popwar/bagi.jpg?2 http://www.zone.ee/popwar/bagi2.jpg?2 I thought of making a seat out of seatbelts and add a back support made out of some plastic and cloth(just like the flexifoil new buggy has). any ideas?
