Big B..B

Guys (and Girls I know there's a few of you out there!), I'm starting to get the hang of using my board with a kite, but I'm also using it occasionally on its own too, downhill. I have a full set of pads, but up to now have used a cycle helmet which isn't ideal. Can anyone reccommend a decent Helmet ? .... as I've taken a few nocks I want to get something decent that will last. In the future I will probably use it for buggying too. I understand that Skateboarding Helmets may not be designed to take a impact at higher speeds , and Cycle Helmets do not seem to cover the back of your head very well. Any reccomendations anyone ? Won't I get blown away with a 7.3 or does the frenzy measure the kite size differently ? Must admit, I know didly sh*t about the frenzy, but get the impression so far that I maybe wouldn't get the most fun out of the Bullets. What if anything puts the Frenzy

If you had to get one kite to use with a mountain board what would it be ? I want a bar set-up ..... I can't decided between a 3.5 or 4.5 bullet or a 4m Blade ll.... I think the 3.5 is out as it might be under powered.... but I am still fairly ne to this.... I'm slowly goin' freakin mad here.... help! P.s.
