  1. hello i have a BIII 8.5, with the 65cm bar - however, (and maybe this is just me) i found the bar to slow to manage the kite properly. using handles were great - and i use 40m lines. if you get the line set up right on handles, you should not need to adjust them for the bar. although i haven't used the cross over kit yet, i still think bars are best for water only...
  2. hey people - we have 2 x land boards, and numerous kites (from 2.5 to 4.9 bullet and blades) - but have failed with great amusement at going further than about 5 meters before being pulled off the board, or the kite just didn't seem to pull. anyone have any tips on how you start to kite board..? or know of an instructor or shcool in the surrey area... look farward to your reponses toby:confused:
  3. i would have to say a bullet i'm afraid - my 4.5 bullet has the pull power of a tractor, but with serious speed - and last weekend i clocked up 51mph with it in my buggy... (could have gone faster but i would need to change underpants afterwards) t

    maybe you can help with this - the bullet i have is a 2.5. it is twice the power of a super 10 - but as quick and nimble as a stacker 6. what do you recommend - control bar, or handles for easier flying toby

    i crash landed my bullet over the weekend - it landed full force upside down - how can i tell if any of the inner tubes have been punctured? if flew ok again on re-launch - but how to i check for damage on the inside of the kite?? toby
