Get insured third party (BBC, PKA etc.) Different sites tend to be covered by different bye-laws. Just remember to always be courteous to other users of wherever you buggy and you're more likely to be tolerated if the situation is iffy.

Try it, you'll like it ! I wouldn't go back to not using one. Like someone else said - seat.. I've a Dakine Fusion, but wouldn't recommend it cos its rather big & tends to make me sweat a lot ! Deja Vu !
