Sorry for the confusion, this is a buggy that is used in all 3 configurations depending upon the terrain it is used in. The seat and rails form the central body. by using different parts the buggy can be configured into a big foot wheel buggy or extra wide wheel buggy or standard wheel buggy As far as pricing goes Buddah got it pretty much right. This kite is in excellent condition probably flown about 10 times in light wind conditions the icarex sail cloth shows no sign of deteriotation spars are undamaged. It is the SLE model, which is different to the EXP SLE has a larger diameter leading edge 3 piece spar and the sail cloth is 0.5 oz icarex cloth as compared to the EXP with 0.75 oz regular sail cloth Postage would be extra, but it would fit into a cardboard tube so the postage price would be small
