      140x100x50?  What are they shipping for you a body?  Try visualising just how big that is.  I understand the Peter Lynn has a longer axle, however here's an example of what a standard flexifoil buggy ships in and how it ships.  The box is approximately 95x40x20 and @30kg without any discounts is about $76 from WA.  Changing it to 140x40x20 @30kg the price actually remains the same.  So you have more deadweight than cubed volume, which is fine either way.  Get yourself a decent size box, lay the buggy out over it dismantled and then start cutting down to size.  You probably won't get it as compact as the flexi box but you'll get close on the width and depth.
