Im thinking of getting away next April over the easter holidays for about a week. Ive been looking at Fuerteventura and Tarifa but i dont know what conditions are generally like around that time. Does anybody knows of any other places to go in April thats not too far? Or any advice on Fuerte or Tarifa would be great.
Thanks in advance
Just come home to london for summer and wanted to see if theres anybody on here who kites near southend, as i dont know the area i just wanted to know whats the best spots and what conditions they work best in? Any advice would be much appreciated.
Does anyone else get joint and muscle pain mainly in elbows and shoulders after a session. In the summer im able to kite for 6-7 hours with no pain after but now its winter, after 2-3 hours and im aching, has this happened to anyone else and does anyone know why this might happen
I didnt think it would be cheap to rent if there was such a service.i did mention to him that you can pick up second hand gear fairly cheap these days. Ill let him know about your kites and if hes interested ill send you a pm.thanks
I have a friend who used to kite many years ago and wants to get back into the sport but doesnt have his own gear, is there a company/shop that rents gear out? Btw im from the north west.
Thanks in advance
yes its a flybar type. the set up is correct, it was double checked by a good rc heli pilot, it was too gusty today, i shouldnt have taken it out. ill get it repaired some time down the road and might just leave it as a mantle piece
i have a hk450 which is an align t-rex clone but i have a few align parts on it, i think im just going to give up on it and get back to fast flying wings since i lost my last one
how do you guys get on with helis, all i seem to be doing is crash and repair, weres the fun in that. had it out today for a little hover, and mid flight, my motor shaft decides to snap leaving me nose diving my heli and breaking a few other parts
so im just getting into jumps now and have recently changed my board to an SU-2 pro which i think has helped massively. ive included some crashes at the end aswell
head strap might not be suited to everyone but you can always take off one of the straps and mount it to the kite strut. you can also buy the additional kite line mount from powerkiteshop, bit of a rip off but you get a good shot
