  1. Pansh offer a full refund if the kite doesn't arrive to you, or so I remember reading. Also, what was the legend, ace etc based on if they weren't there designs?
  2. I thought the flux was there own design and had spent money on making it up to scratch and safe. They aren't making direct copies like the other Chinese factories. I can see why you should avoid those. But isn't pansh now a reputable company now as they even have there kites in our kite shops?
  3. Depends what type of flying you want to do. For sports kites go to the fractured axel forum Rev kites, go to the revolution forum
  4. They are only £30 brand new. Think you would be better going for £20 inc p&p On the plus side the bags are great though and store all your gear
  5. If you just want to static fly then I'd save money and go for the sting (2.4 or 3.3) or PKD Buster Soulfly (2.2 or 3.3). But there are plenty on the secondhand market. You could get both secondhand for the price of a new one
  6. Beamer and bullet sold Kites below are what I have if interested
  7. Stakes really help in quad line flying. But for static flying with no jumping or scudding, why go more than 2 lines? Unless you go for a rev? Go meet other flyers and ask if they will let you have a go in a buggy or on a board. Take it all from there.
  8. Although I'll be slated for this from every rev flyer... the Chinese copy revs are alright. They are well made (materials used are quite as good). If you can get a good rev sle second hand with both leading edges then I would go for that. I'm no more likely to sell my Chinese copy rev as I am the real revs. The biggest problem with kites from China is the lines and handles. I hear pansh have sorted out there lines now, but not sure about there handles. As with all kite disciplines you will end up owning more than one in the end. Personally for static flying I'd put up a dual line power kite, trick kite, rev or a single line kite. For jumping, Scudding traction I'd go for a quad line power kite all the way.
  9. Keep the blade. Sell both the legends and get something from 2.5-3.5 in size. A new flux maybe? Or a rage? You probably still won't fly the blade much but you'll have 2 nice kites. I found the legend harder work than other kites and they had a smaller wind window. They aren't so stable and like to bow tie or collapse when pushed. You will always have a buyer for the blade at a reasonable price, eBay is the only place you will sell the legend for more than £40. Alternatively have a look at getting a revolution quad line kite. Ok there is no power from it, but they are amazing to fly. Power kites get boring flying static.
  10. The trick kites are: CR Aerostuff Fury, Kitehouse Sin, Eolo Over, Flying Wings Icon,Benson Deep Space, Fizz Kites Tempo Have a fair few kids/cheap ones too
  11. Now on eBay, plus a few other bits like lines and handles etc Flexifoil bullet 2.5 | eBay
  12. The only way you'll get that sort of cash is if you chance it on eBay. But I've also seen them sell for under £100 on there. And you also pay 10% of final price to eBay.
  13. Beamer is now sold. Gonna be taking photos of the sting and the bullet today ready for them to go on eBay unless anyone is interested?
  14. Can someone link the flexifoil video on Utube to this thread: http://forum.kitecrowd.com/recreational/everthing-you-ever-wanted-know-about-stacker-series-kite-200738-4.html My phone won't let me do it.
  15. Kites will be heading towards eBay tomorrow unless anyone is interested?
