Sweet ride. IT's noticable when you speed up a bit and drop speed. Verry nice. A mate of me rides buggy as well but uses Libre Vampires. How different is it to ride depower or the standerd foils like libre vampires or so. (Like your fingers cramped)

I had rib problems with the waist harnesses, so i swapped to Pat Love Ready to Go Seat-waist. Works axcellent for me. Not as low as seat only, not as high as waist only and staying in it's place.

To me it depended on my body. I have some ribs who are in the way of a waist harness, so i needed to settle for a seat-waist. They tend to sit a little lower at my body, but not as low as seat only. The waist harness pulled up when the kite comes at 12 o clock and pulled my ribs all togheter. Really not comfy and in the store it was no trouble at all to feel comfy in the waist harness. (The powers of kiting are harsh). The seat-waist stays at it's place due to the straps around my legs. I have a Pat Love. After 4 years never had problems with it. So try one, fly the one you bought and if it does not work out change your harnass at the store again. (Any descent store will let you).

Never had problems with the f3. I have them for more then 2 years and dropped my board in the beginning a lot of times.

I think kitesurfers go bigger, therefore they fall harder. (Average kitesurfers vs average landboarders) And the water isn't always that deep where they take the nosedive. In the end it both can hurt badly. And yes i've seen the vids from the best english landboarders around, but that is not the standard in landboarding. Thats exceptional and takes a lot af balls / mental to do. Mucho respect.

I noticed some backstall when there is still about aprox. 17 cm centerline left. (A bit to lomg in my opinion) That's why I wanna try some setup changes. I will first start of with the adjustment on the end of the centerline to see what will happen. The float on the scorp is however amazing. No need to say that the scorp 13 comes out of the bag when the wind gets blurry or is just 19 knots or more. So for me there is no low-wind flying with the scorp and the backstall wont kick in that fast.

Ruben is mental. I peronally love the Stormsjees 3 more, cause the hugh crashes are also in there. That shows to me how mucho ballos he has. Stand up, another try. Big respect for all the kiteboarders out there. I stick to the landboarding.

Ive a VII 16 and a Scorp 13. The Scorp gives me more pleasure. It flew straight out of the bag. I,m gonna give it a go with the pigtails to see if it improves a bit, but no problems what so ever over here till now. The VII 16 flies different. The jumps aren't just that floaty compared to the scorp, but you cant go wrong with the VII 16. My mate has a Scorp 16 and he's verry pleased. It seems that the VII starts flying sooner in light winds (under 8 knots) but I call that funnyflying. Normally I won't play until the wind hits at least 10-11 knots. But then every kite should fly. If you can buy a Scorp 16 for a few bucks, you wont go wrong

If you are flying inland most of the time I could recomment Arcs for there gust eating behaviour. And their stabillity of course. When you fly most of the time on a beach with clear winds, maybe an SLE will be your thing. And i vote for Scorps. Never got problems with them.

Just fly it and you will love the stabillity of this kite. I fly this babe from about 9 knots till around 17. (Inland winds can be gusty) When the wind is gusty I use a smaller kite.
