  1. Sorry im after a more newer one, just not the blade V as ive read its a little more timid than the 4. Thanks anyway.
  2. Hi if theres anyone willing to part with theirs or know of one available somewhere please lett me know. Thanks Heaps Jan
  3. I know in some of these pictures the kites not fully inflated and that actually makes it look worse but it does smooth out a bit as seen in other pictures. (was hard to get it full there is no wind atm does anyone else have some charger pictures i can use to compare? thanks heaps Jan
  4. @southerly buster the problem with the syns has been corrected with the chargers and isnt an issue. and my hoping that it was just the inlet valves being tangled was wrong, everything is where it should be. @kamikuza internal straps are as follows. center strap fairly loose(tightened about 30%) and tip straps pretty much completely loose. has anyone got any closeups of their chargers while in the air so i can take a look at where the leading edge strap connects as this is where my one seems to have the problem as the strap is too tight between the 3rd and 4th cell causing the canopy to distort. i will try to post a picture later theres just no wind at the moment. thanks heaps again guys
  5. I'm liking this response very much, don't feel alone anymore! My brother and I are the only people on the coast that fly pl and were always the first ones on the water with light wind and the last ones left on the water no matter how strong or gusty the wind gets. I own a pl buggy, pl ngen, 3 original arcs, a synergy and the charger and till now have never had an issue. The post about the inlet valves getting caught with the leading internal strap rings a bell for me because I've noticed when holding the kite in the air it looks like the strap is too tight because it pulls on the 3rd cell from the wingtips so hard that it overlaps slightly (I figured it's how it's constructed but still pondered whether it's an error). Will be filling my living room with sand now to see if it's tangled Thanks again
  6. That's my opinion aswell. I emailed pl kiteboarding with the video attached and their response was the winds light! That vid is only one occasion it happens more in heavy wind. Thanks for helping guys
  7. HI Im also interested in what the problem with your kite is as i bought a 12m charger recently and have some dramas with it. ive flown arcs for about ten years now and this is the first time ive had one with problems. my issue is the kites wingtips close in on themselsves for no apparent reason and then make the kite spiral. it does this in light wind and in heavy wind. while it sits at zenith, while kitesurfing and powering, while jumping all just randomly for no reason. ive just gotten a gopro and took it for a ride to show the issue. its easier than trying to explain a problem. heres the youtube link Any advice or help is appreciated Jan
  8. Sorry i didnt give you a call when the kite came ive misplaced my phone (permanently) Anyway the kite arrived monday morning. Had a grrrreeeat session on wednesday with steady 18-20 knotts winds. Thanks Heaps
