Is there anybody out there that can help me? I have a Charger 8m and have many problems with it.. I am sure it is just a lemon but I need to get it fixed or replace. The distributor no longer exists in my area and I guess the kites are shipped directly from the manufacturer so I have to deal with them now. There is no number .. just a email which I sent a detailed description of my problems with pictures. It has been 2 weeks and no reply!! I am pissed because this kite is only a month old and I can not use it. The retailer is trying to get some info for me but who knows how hard he is trying. Please if there is someone who can help me please let me know! Thanks
