  1. Hi fella came back last week after a week of wind good 12m weather ,the only thing i would say try some other beaches mangroovy and buzzha there is alot of learners at movenpick.
  2. I would say get one don't worry about lookin like a begginer safety must come first,I have been kiting for 5 years and still wear one . I've had lines snap and the kite crash into the sea and go flat a deep water pack down with a kite which doesn't float is scary ,wear one it will help your confidence .
  3. I m guilty also.
  4. Hi w1nd ive been doing the same checking the wind sites and thinking shit its not enough , everyone has told me its a great place to go that will do for me and im sure we will get out. Anyway the haye fight is on saturday so i will be in the bars watchin that winding up the russians.
  5. I,m sure andys right there is also bodafon fields which let people camp now and again.
  6. Hello guys great advice im also going to the movenpick next friday with thomson cant wait constant wind and warm seas . w1nd have a nice one might see you there.
  7. I would also dissagree with andrew as i learn't in westshore yes you do have to good to kite at high tide as there is rocks everywhere and when there is flat water the channel is only 50m wide so as a learner you have to be very careful to stay out of everyones way, also when the channel is emptying there is mussel beds and a lot of rocks oh and a boat wreck. You only have a 2 hour window each side of high tide when its safe to kite if your a learner the rest of the time i would not bother, i have seen so many people rip kites on the rocks and land on them legs first. Damn good beach you just have to be a bit more alert than most other places.
