    I have a silver reef, it’s a great board for cruising on but if you’re 100Kg or more and you plan to jump any higher than 2 - 3 foot the board touches the floor making it a bit tough to stay on.

    I'm liking the look of the Scrub Paradox at the moment, will keep a look out for one going 2nd hand. I can't even think how scary doing over 70 mph on a board/ dirtsurfer must be... what happens if you fall off?

    What makes for a good high speed cursing board? I’ve been trying to get some decent speeds on my board both with kite and down hill and am getting trouble with speed wobble. Obviously it’s ok while you’re edging against the kite but this isn’t easy to maintain in gusty wind and doesn’t scrub off speed? I heard the usual advice about putting more weight on the front foot; lowering your centre of gravity and ‘trying to relax’ (easier said than done). What I want to know is what factors make for a stable fast board i.e. – Stiff deck or flexible? Longer deck or shorter? Bigger wheels or smaller? Skate trucks or other types (which ones?) Any recommendations for production boards on the market (not interested in the 2 wheelers) I’ve not heard of any organised land board races, do they go on? Cheers,
