Ive got major sand burns down the length of my leg and my arm after i got ripped off my board and dragged across the beach, down at Aberavon yesterday. I was maxed out on the landboard heading west along the length of the beach and the sand went from smooth, hard packed sand, to bobbly, rippled sand, which threw me off and then pulled me down wind! Awsome session though, but im never wearing shorts again!!!!

hey fairy, i fly my 9m in 25mph with strap 1/4 to 1/2 way out and im powered up on the landboard but on the water need the 11 or underpowered

anyone going down to aberavon today? just checked weather station 20mph, SW, low tide @ 4oclock. It looks a bit gusty @ the mo tho.

Had a good landboarding sesh yesterday @ barry island and met 2 other kiters there. Guy with venom 2 (karl i think) and a guy with 12m phantom(pieguy?) Im terrible for remembering names so the names are probably wrong. Just wondering wether your going over to the island this week/end again? Its cool to kite with other kiters instead of the missus, she was waiting in the car yeterday for 3hours:mad: ......she kicked my arse when i got back!

would drilling a series of 2inch dia holes in board with auger drill bit be feesable. Maybe 3 by toe side and 3 by heelside or would this just seriously weaken the board. I might put my kheo skates on there, theres already holes drilled from gaz's matrix trucks. Thanks for all ya advice so far dudes!!

Hey all, recently purchased a 35deg short Trampa from phantom_gaz it was already pimped with f3's, rockstar pros, t1 tyre off the AB board and had revo's, and its bloody heavy! heavier than my old air X board and that was 7.5kg. The revo's weigh a tonne. How can i make the board lighter, without swaqping the revos for my kheo skate trucks? Thanks in advance for any advice peeps!

hey, just got back from fuerte, stayed @ corralejo but traveled down to sovento a few days. I took my kites 'n landboard but i ended up buying a 2nd hand kiteboard from krunk and got in the water. didnt bother with lessons, theres a rescue service @ flag beach 30 euros a wk and theyll come and get you. Down in sovento theres a waist height lagoon great for learnin on but the wind was mostly offshore there, where @ flag twas cross/on. check out krunk and red shark, kiteshops. wouldnt bother with landboard dude!

Anyone know where i can get a grab handle for a kheo deck? Do kheo make one, or would it have to be another? thanks
