  1. Was searching for that huge jump that Mark Berry aka (Retrocow) did at Baiter Park so I could show some friends what a 35ft jump looks like, and guess what I found! http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en...UK%7CcountryGB http://www.flirtbox.co.uk/dating/Retrocow.html http://www.pooleontheweb.com/romance/default.asp Anyone interested?
  2. Nah, never flew um that much was just pimping for a mate. Prefer my many varied assorted quiver.
  3. Not as good as a Minkey though
  4. What you didn't need to know how to work the depower on the kite before flying it? Strange you don't know how to work the depower for someone who's actually flown one. Bet you could tell me how the depower on the Waroo or Xbow works though couldn't you? Serious question though getting back to the thread, which of these kites do you think has all the things I originally stated I wanted: Light bar pressure Bombproof Good safety something else can't quite remember! Do you think I'll be a better flyer if I change my kite again so soon?
  5. Pinocchio, Pinocchio ......
  6. You shouldn't go telling fibs then should you!
  7. Oh yes so I heard an 06 Waroo at the Ho for five minutes, an 07 that you're too scare to fly inland, 5 minutes on a griiffin and a xbow and a sonic? not sure about that one, wher'd you fly that? Can you tell us what you thought of the position of the depower on the sonic? Mind you that kind of info is easy to find, have a hunt around the internet before you answer so you dont make yourself look foolish.
  8. Go on then what 5 have you flown? Shame yoyu've been on but aren't quoting what you've flown, wonder why!
  9. Ok so what if i've only flew 5 different models of bows and out of them 5 i think the waroo would fit your criteria for kite choice the best. Im so so sorry for being such a amatuer but i was only voicing my opinion maybe next time specify no comments from people who havent flew the whole bow range back to back. Go on then what 5 have you flown?
  10. sorry, i thought you were asking for peoples advice and personal opinions, dont waste everyones time by posting if your only go to slag them off when they attempt to give you an answer. I wasn't slagging him off I was saying I want subjective reviews from people who've flown a few of the BOWS. Why post? Why don't you read the whole thread instead of being lazy and typing 'ditto' - boring.
  11. I have flown more than one BOW thank you very much. Why the attitude? If you already know about most bows wots the point in asking everyone on here if you already know wots best? You're right, you flown a Waroo 06 and 07 and possibly a Monkey kite, have I missed anything?
  12. Why start this thread then..... ? 'Cause I don't know the pro's/cons of all! How many bows are there now? About 15? No-one can have flowm them all, surely!
  13. You see, that's exactly what I wasn't looking for. Don't comment if you've only flown one BOW.....PLEASE! You see, you never know who knows you on here!
  14. Here's a thread to stir things up, I've flown a few bows so don't just pimp your kite 'cause you think it's the best thing since sliced bread as I probably know the pro's/cons of most. I'm after a bow or sle that has these characteristics. Very light bar pressure (Tennis elbows!) Ultimate safety - 100% depower only Big wind range Smooth power delivery performance - not so important as most kites have more than enough for me! So what do you think feels these needs? EDIT: Bombproof
  15. are they worth using?
