hi people first i must say thankyou to jason from up for kiteing, me and a few friends thought we would try this new park out to see what it offers when we arrived we were impressed by the size of the field to use, we set up and had a quick chat with some of the up4kiteing crew (very nice people) they explained that the field had been used for grow turf and there would be ruts, for the first 10min it does challange you but you soon forget about the ruts and blast along we had some great fun and as its near london its not that far out to travel to, that said i have never tried to use a ramp for jumping hey presto they had two i thought well why not i tried the small one fi…

Can any of you Stopsley locals pinpoint the flying site for me. Perhaps a multimap link or similar would be helpful. Or are there any other places nearby that are suitable for buggies on Boxing Day morning??

Essex power kite park is now officaly open to the public so why not come down this weekend and take a look. This weekend the 14 and 15th of october is predicted eastly which is the best direction down there and 20 mph winds so it will be a day to remember with ramps and rails for biggingers and advanced riders all levles can have a great time on the 22 arce feild with clean winds from any direction just go onto http://www.up4kiting.co.uk/40020/info.php?p=3&pno=0 see you there!

Hey there, is anyone planning to go up to hunstanton in the next few days? I'm only static flying but if you fancy meeting up thats fine with me. don't PM me, leave a post on here so that other people can see and hopefully it will increase the number of people. Also, instead of flying at Hunstanton, has anyone thought of going to Heacham instead. There will be less people to get in the way, and my nan lives near by so i can stop by for food -Ross
