GSter Posted January 18, 2008 Report Posted January 18, 2008 Nick, I am about 100kg and it pulls me like a train from about 16mph through about 30 quite nicely (with a bit of depower). I always fly with 4 line and absolutely love it. Also got a 8.5m for stronger winds. There are some great deals to be had at the moment if you look hard enough. I have flown a few different kites (Airush, F-One, Naish, Slingshot) and I still like my Ion2s just a little bit more than the others. I would imagine your wind range will be very similar to mine, maybe with more low end from about 12mph in 5 line and rigged on 'low' to 30+ with some depower.....it just depends what you are comfortable with.
