Blade IV 4m² or Butan 3.5

I've a blade IV 4.9m². I would have a kite for higher wind. What's do you think about thes two kite (Blade IV 4m² or Butan 3.5)

 

 

For the very higher wind i've gin yoz 2.6 and 1.8

it's for the wind range up to 16-18 knots for mtb anb buggy when i'm full power with my blade 4.9

Is it now? The Butane is a semi-race kite, so harder to fly, but they really are something special...

 

Blade would be the safer bet, but a bigger high wind depower would b safer still. Don't like small fixed bridles.

nakamal: Problems you've got here:

1. You've posted this on the Flexi' forum so there's gonna be a bit of pro-blade bias. Most of it from people who have never flown a Butane.

2. The Butane is not as well known, so you're going to get fewer opinions.

 

Couple of FACTS Build-Quality - the Butane is easily as good as the Blade. Actually, it's a LOT better.

 

The Butane is incredibly stable for a high-aspect foil.

 

The Butane will provide good, smooth lift. Not as aggressive as the Blade, but plenty of lift IF you want it.

 

One of the very best, and least-known kites out there. IMHO.
