Started out around 12 and probably hit around 25. They tend to pretty accurate the day before. http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/uk/wl/wl_forecast_wind.html The live station at aber is invaluble. Great for last minute dashes down to the beach, also great to see just how windy it was when you get home too! http://www.wunderground.com/weatherstation/WXDailyHistory.asp?ID=IABERAVO1 Good amount of historical data on there - the little map shows where there other weather stations. Some update a lot less often the every few seconds though. Quote

Stvredmond Posted April 15, 2009 Report Posted April 15, 2009 lol it was bloody gusty. you should of seen me clear this ditch with the 6.5 up. i went WHHHHHOOOOOOOOSHHHH. then i went crash. that bad boy soon came down after that. stu looked like it was a hand full with the 4.9 so we settled on the 4m. i never knew you could get so much air with such a small kite. stu was clearing the buggy and i was barely clearing his landboard. though i did have one hugemongous lift.....scared the poop out of me Quote
