Kitesurf spots in Devon and Cornwall?

Hi I`m off to Devon/Cornwall for a few days next week, probably starting near Plymouth first then heading west. Any recommendations for kitesurf spots would be appreciated as I don`t have any local knowledge for this area-cheers.

Watch out for the crowds though. Half the country are down here with their 2.4 children and dear-old granny in tow. Nearly all the beaches are rammed and it's not worth going out.
