davededude Posted March 24, 2007 Report Posted March 24, 2007 yea clactons not bad in the right wind, just make sure everyone surfing down there has insurance, and especially frinton. frintons more regulated, clactons not bad in an easterly of the right speed. if you dont like surfing in deep water or 2 inch water check the tides cos it goes from nothing to way way over your head, and the beach has a sharp gradient where the tide moves. also theres a small patch of sharp rocks in the middle of the bay so wear bootys or watch your step in the shallows...and dont hit the boat. safety first kids Quote
