I have been asked to post this message up by a friend (lives abroad) who is looking for some Help in trying to find out any information about the below the lad Mentioned did not Pass away as the result of an kite accident, it was natural causes Please contact me if anyone can help Thanks People Lenny.... A dead friends Nobile board A departed friends mum a few weeks back went to Camber Sands and moved on her sons kite equipment. One item in particular might have been sold a Nobile 555 or 666 from maybe 2008 or 2009 .............unique as it was 1 of the boards made by the importers at that importer meeting. It will have “Ian James Shaw” written or signed on the board somewhere. I’d like to get this board for sentimental reasons if possible.

i have a VW but with 5 of us in it and all the gear theres nowhere to get changed ! so..... i use my robie... to the amusement of the rest of the lads:D , but whos the cold ones stood around moaning when i get changed in comfort;) ,got to where it the missis bought it..... but to be honest i do look a tit in it but makes getting changed out in the elements much much better !!

In a work yes... the club for portland try's to keep people away as it onshore/cross onshore in that direction, and the harbour where you kite from is lined with large pebles/bolders so if anything go's wrong and you dont plane away quickly or get lofted you will get slamed/draged into it ,think there was a few incidents where people have been hurt buy being pulled onto the rocks .....also very choppy conditions in this direction so a bit **** realy....

7M riding is just the best kinda kite riding there is only have my 2006 7m Primadonna at the mo as my high wind kite hoping to get a 7m fuel to go with the rest of my quiver had the 7m for over 8 months without using it just after i bought it in early summer 07 but early this year and this summer have probably used it around 10-12 times? but those 10-12 times have been some of the best sessions ive ever had god knows what it would be like on a 7m fuel !! been out in some silly winds anything under 30 knots and im not happy (as Happy?) as sub 30 knot riding nothing worse than sitting on the beach when theres too much wind get one you may not use it for a while but when you do and your riding powered nothing else toches it ! will be selling my 7m JN primadonna for £150 if your interested imaculate condition.......only used 10-12 times gotta get a 7m fuel !!!

would love to make it up for a session never been there yet as 250 miles/ 4.5 hours away ! looks a top spot van failed MOT so a no go for me this time gonna try and get some of the lads up together to make a weekend trip soon would be good to meet up with ya all is there anywhere local to park the vans up or pitch a tent or even cheap digs have a good un chaps lenny

i would not say its exempt....flat water not waves or swell so slightly safer than the open sea but still need to be at a very good level to ride there IE deep water packdown/self rescue etc,i have had to do a pack down and long swim its hard work !as its offshore dont fly there unless you are a competent rider ! a club is in place, there a top bunch of locals down there see for more details www.wpksc.co.uk lenny

Will have another go tomorrow Ali supposed to hit 40 knots south coast so will have a go on my 7 again nice one tom but strait outta cash atm even if one does come up maybe around october time?.....thankyou anyway

Tom i have never even seen a 7m (2007) fuel let alone fly one suppose i will just have to sell another body part to get one......

Thats where a fuel is on its own, becuase it loops really low in the sky, which makes it so stylish. i dont think u need the kite lower than u, thats just silly, but it should be near level, which i only find easy when its propper nuking shorter lines are a must Alib has the benchmark loop definatly gotta change my 7m Primadonna for a 7m 07/08/09 Fuel the JN just aint got the same performance/power but so much money for a 7m fuel that only get used a few times a year ...anyone got an 2007 going cheap?....

i still aint managed to get level or above the kite yet at height....will just have to keep trying i guess maybe possible on a 7m on 20's

At what Point/height/power does a normal kite loop turn into a "Mega loop" been looping for a while now,just learnt to spin the bar "len10" styl too on sat just gone (stoked )usually ride my 07 fuels but had a go on one of the lads 9m 08 vegas....seem to get higher in the loops on it more than the fuels !? cant wait to try the 7m !!! does this count as a "Mega Loop" cheers lenny http://i523.photobucket.com/albums/w351/l3nnys-photos/P1040780.jpg

Totaly agree UK wind's are by far the best out there, flown in quite a few different spots in europe nothing compare's to good old British winds never managed to get on a 9m out of this country (portugal.fuerta,eygpt) in three years !!!! makes me laugh when people complain over here that its to gusty/punchy i love it when the REAL punchy stuff kicks in !.. you tend to get alot of people going home when its at its best more room for us lot then !
