kitebuzz Posted March 20, 2007 Report Posted March 20, 2007 Hi Guys, Studing at cardiff at the moment, I go out to bute park with my landboard during the week but not the best place as Wednesdays and weekends full of rugby and football matchs/training. Other than than loads of goal post and trees. Any good places around to landboard? Thinking of getting the train to Barry island is it any good for kiting? Thanks Chris Quote

kitebuzz Posted March 20, 2007 Author Report Posted March 20, 2007 Not sure I sprained my ankle on bute landboarding a couple of weeks ago I doubt it will be healed by then but I would be up for going down later next week. Do you go on the beach near the station or the ones further NW of the station? Is it possible to get out on the water there as well? Chris Quote

dazman Posted March 21, 2007 Report Posted March 21, 2007 Think the clocks go forward this weekend, so from next week a few of the locals will having a mid-week fly-in Tue or Wed evening depending on the tides http://s2.excoboard.com/exco/thread.php?forumid=90856&threadid=1569586. Other than that, there's always a group of us use Aberavon on the weekends. Quote
