bobmills Posted March 13, 2007 Report Posted March 13, 2007 I had a nightare getting the wifes Zen V connected to the computer. Until I figured out that the machine has to be running windows XP, with service pack 2 installed. If that's not an option, then use the Creative Explorer - this little bit of software makes your Zen V appear as another removable drive, and you can access it through explorer. CM Quote

bobmills Posted March 14, 2007 Report Posted March 14, 2007 The creative explorer software should be on the CD, or you could try the creative website. I know that pretty much everything that comes on the CD is also available to download from their support site. CM Quote
