dig412 Posted October 7, 2006 Report Posted October 7, 2006 Well i've just been out flying my new PKD Buster 4m for the first time today, and i'm muddy, aching a bit, and happy I may need a bit more practise though, it went where it wanted, and i had to follow The thing that got me the most was how different the turning is to stunt kites. It literally didnt turn when i pulled, instead it whent anywhere, and suddenly span round and crossed over itself 3 or 4 times Has anyone got any tips on how to turn them? Quote
Neebie Posted October 7, 2006 Report Posted October 7, 2006 look in the lincolnshire meets thread n hook up with some locals dont worry they don't bite..... mostly they fly at the rec in branston.... or i'll be around then back from uni last weekend of october if ya still confusled Quote
Orangehero Posted October 8, 2006 Report Posted October 8, 2006 check the brake lines of the kite. If they are too tight then the kite will spin, stall and have problems turning. In general the kite should fly with them slack, when you give the brakes a good tug they should go tighter. (you could completely remove them to check whether it's the brakes doing this) -any help???? Quote
