Kiting on the south west coast of France

Hi, I'm moving to Pau in France for a year in September and just wondered if anyone knew of any established kitey beaches down that way...near Biarritz and Bayonne. I know most of the beaches down there are probably good for kiting but if anyone's been somewhere where there's a good kiting community then let me know.
