My suggestion for locking this thread was because it seems to have strayed from the initial topic to two people having a public argument. Nas, having made public "no affiliation to PKD" I cannot see why you couldn't leave your sig as it was, just expect on occasion to be asked the whole PKD scenario. On another note, I don't feel that Steve was pushing his product, but I can not see if any PM's have been passed between Steve & Nas regarding this. I'm fairly sure that ALL parties of commercial interest have set guidelines for advertising, not just people who don't contribute to EK financially. I have admired them as a quality product, and until recently shipping them in was too expensive. We see that there is market for them, and they are one of the best known, high quality brands, which fits well with our business model. Some of the other brands you and others talk about are extremely small brands and are not set up to distribute across the globe, best if they are imported direct by individuals. I understand the desire to have more buggy bling available, but I also have to run a profitable business. We are working on at least 2 other brands, that I cannot name right now. If you look at it openly, we already stock Pl and Flexi and with Libre we will have a very extensive range, if only 1 of the others becomes a realistic option to import or manufacture here, that will probably be more than enough for the Australian market for the forseable future. I reckon the thread is going along nicely, leave it be mods. Quote

I was going to ask the same question.... But i didn't want to be accused of Steve bashing... But with that said. My thought would be that Steve would be trying to create "competition". More shops selling the same buggies, might, bring down the price... maybe. Let's not call it cutting Briskites lunch.
