www.airforce.uk Posted December 28, 2004 Report Posted December 28, 2004 Strikes, are exellent allround kites .Well built solid in the air ,easy to relaunch easy to handle. With more than enough built in performance for any intermediate rider along side flexifoils comitment to quality and aftersales service it will be a hard package to beat!!!Make sure you have had enough tuition by a qualified instructor before going out with your new kite. kitesurfa Posted December 28, 2004 Report Posted December 28, 2004 Very suprised there is almost NO discussion of them on this or any forum, and the fact Flexi hasn't made any decent quality videos we can download like what is available on F-one, Flysurfer or Ozone web sites... Quote
defcom Posted December 28, 2004 Report Posted December 28, 2004 u going for the new strike 2 or the 2004 model? Quote
shemKSW Posted December 29, 2004 Report Posted December 29, 2004 Problem is, there arent any left now, virtually every where has sold out, including Flexifoil. Im imagening they'll hold there money second hand as well? Quote
black wind Posted January 8, 2005 Author Report Posted January 8, 2005 hi defcom the model i now have is the 2004 13m gangsta strike Quote
alastairy2k Posted January 8, 2005 Report Posted January 8, 2005 I've got a brand new Strike 13m for sale in gangsta colours, complete with bar, lines, pump etc - totally unused. PM me if interested. Quote
npeac Posted January 8, 2005 Report Posted January 8, 2005 the strikes are damn good kites, i have the 17 and foer what i bought it for its the biz, as good if not better build quality and back up than the rest. it needs to be well powered to get upwind but that wont bother you for a while. almost relaunches on its own if theres enough wind, the front lines on mine were a touch long as standard so it was difficult to unhook. i think this was from the addition of the kook proof connectors, but all in all a very tidy package, just make sure you dont pay more than 495 new.
