what size beamer for boarding

.....the size of kite very much depends on the wind. big wind small kite .small wind big kite . having never tried abeamer ican`t help u on that one but it`s the same for all kites . some r just better at catching the wind than others .it is more important to get the kite size right if u r flying inland sites ie lumpy wind . set your kite size to the gusts an not the general wind level (not as important in clean wind ) ....pete

Dont know what kites you may have tried. I have asked the same question a few times and most PKD Buster flyers feel that the Beamer makes a similar power to the Buster but some feel it slightly more, some slightly less.

 

Most Bullet flyers feel that the 3.6 Beamer sits between the 2.5 and 3.5 Bullets and that the 5.0 Beamer sits between the 3.5 & 4.5 Bullets.

 

Anybody else ?
