At teh time they were on par with the LEI's available at the time, Wippy Airblasts and Naish ARX, but that was about 4/5 years ago, have not heard anything since? Jon Quote

Adrena1in Posted April 11, 2004 Report Posted April 11, 2004 I've got a 12.5 Warrior you can have a go on Rich. It's aged, and the WAC kit I've put on it isn't perhaps tuned right yet, but it's a good kite. However, the ones you mentioned I'm sure are LOADS better, so I imagine you'll be impressed. Quote
air stiffler Posted April 11, 2004 Author Report Posted April 11, 2004 pm'ed you adrenalin about your flysurfer glad to hear you still have it I've been reading a review of the titan on racekites and it sounds awsome all their kites do. Looks like i might be near to finding the next kite to cram into my bag (after i get a Bego 600 in a couple of weeks ) Quote
Roland Posted April 12, 2004 Report Posted April 12, 2004 gabe shortman uses them so why not ! Gabe`s using Naish X3`s Bro...not flysurfer`s... http://www.kiteatb.co.uk/_gallery/albums/gabe/boardoff.jpg well he`s probablly on V4 or X4 now... Quote
kiting mad Posted April 12, 2004 Report Posted April 12, 2004 yeah i know i didnt know cos of the title Quote
kitefreek Posted April 12, 2004 Report Posted April 12, 2004 yer i got confusd by the title as well! just a misunderstandin lol Quote
Lem Posted April 12, 2004 Report Posted April 12, 2004 I use a 15.5 and a 9.5 Psycho1 for landboarding.. All I can say is that if you safe floaty and absolutely huge lift, then look no further (even my 04 frenzy flying friend was very impressed). They do need to be powered up to fly well, but that means only a few knots with the big 'un. New psycho2 out now.. apparently more stable and quicker turning. Should be sweet! Quote
Sky-Blu Posted April 12, 2004 Report Posted April 12, 2004 the psychos are mad kites, the lift is on the point of being stupid. the 15.5m was too slow for me and i didnt get on with it that well, but the 9.5m was crazy. very fast, nicely responsive and the lift was pretty silly, jumping has never been easier. still, i prefer the frenzys for now, mainly as the pockets are pretty shallow for a bit Quote
kitefreek Posted April 12, 2004 Report Posted April 12, 2004 They only draw bak, to bludy expensive! lol Quote
Adrena1in Posted April 12, 2004 Report Posted April 12, 2004 They only draw bak, to bludy expensive! lol Not really any more expensive than Frenzys. (Though they're expensive too really.) Quote
kitefreek Posted April 12, 2004 Report Posted April 12, 2004 hmmm, im sure the 9.5 pshycho used to be £300 more than the frenzy 03 9.5, or is this just my crappy memory! lol Quote
Sky-Blu Posted April 12, 2004 Report Posted April 12, 2004 a 2nd hand psycho isnt that bad on the pocket, less than a new frenzy Quote
kitefreek Posted April 12, 2004 Report Posted April 12, 2004 ok kl. Im not inda market for a psycho nemore (i was before i realised they were insaaaaaaaaaane and expensive ) lol. The Psycho 2 sounds wicked! Quote
