seligmanc Posted March 27, 2004 Report Posted March 27, 2004 Hi there, I am trying to create the world's largest international kite bladers' directory. If you are a kite blader it would be great if you could help promote this sport by joining our directory: http://www.kiteblading.com/php/international_kitebladers_index.php If you also have any photos these would be really appreciated and can be sent to: info@kiteblading.com Any help from fellow Kite Bladers would be really great and who knows if we get enough people involved flexifoil may even come up with a pair of Kite Blades especially for Kite Blading? Cheers Charlie Bill Benson 1 Quote
Bill Benson Posted March 27, 2004 Report Posted March 27, 2004 Great site Charlie, should be an oustanding asset in promoting this niche of traction kiting. BTW, just sent you the info you requested about my membership. Cheers! Bill Quote
seligmanc Posted April 1, 2004 Author Report Posted April 1, 2004 Bill, Updated your details on the site now for International Kite Bladers: http://www.kiteblading.com/php/international_kitebladers_northern_hemisphere.php Do you want me to add any comments? Also, probably best to leave the photo until you have one of you kite blading? Cheers mate, Charlie Quote
Bill Benson Posted April 2, 2004 Report Posted April 2, 2004 Hi Charlie: Thanks for the update. I ordered a pair of Coyotes today. They put you quite a bit off of the ground since the wheels are placed directly under the boot, but I like the hands-free braking aspect. I hope to have some pics really soon. The winds have been dismal the last few days here so have been skating and boarding without power. Hope the weather has been better there for kiting. Bill Quote
seligmanc Posted April 2, 2004 Author Report Posted April 2, 2004 Bill, To be honest the wind is coming tomorrow, but so is the rain...typical uk weather im afraid. Look forward to hearing how the coyotes go - have tried trailskates, roces enduro and street feet, but a number of people seem to rave about the coyotes. Assume you got them from ebay? Charlie Quote
Bill Benson Posted April 2, 2004 Report Posted April 2, 2004 Rollerblade Coyotes can be purchased from Detroit Hockey for $129.00 USD in sizes US 9.0-10.0 only: http://search.store.yahoo.com/cgi-bin/nsearch?.autodone=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.detroithockey.com%2F&catalog=detroithockey&query=coyote I am thinking I ran across a site that had US 8.0 as well, but couldn't find it again. I imagine they come up on eBay every now and then. Quote
