ilovemyvanmost
been reading through some old kite mags, and seen the libre has got a four wheeled conversion. thinking about building new front end, anyone treid this? and if so what was your design? and how did it go? any feed back would be grateful,
nigel
Had one guy turn up down the local field with a home made 4 wheeler buggy. Can say it was too good, but more in the fact that even if it only had 3 wheels it would not have been any better. Novel idea, the only advantage I can see is less weight on the wheels and so able to cover softer ground. Interesting to try though.
the Truth
have ridden one in a desert on dry lakes very stable but felt slow, was a 3/4 conversion and Nop changed the frt to buggy std and the 3wheels were faster, was fun in the offroad sorta way, but have more fun on a bigfoot and that can turn on a dime and boost. luv istt

I'm guessing you have already seen this site but thought i'd post it up as no one else has http://www.libre.de/english/f_index.htm I did however do a Kite Bike conversion for a Flexi;) As said above a total pain in the arse to turn and i never had the time to master it:( doesn't help my balance sucks
