philgolf Posted February 1, 2004 Report Posted February 1, 2004 Went out today buggying with my 4.5 bullet , but it was mad I got ripped sriaght t of the buggy due to a big gust of wind. So glad I had a helmet on otherwise I would be brain dead now. Back is pretty saw too. What other size kite should I get for more winder days as I think my bullet is just too big when its like itis. Must have made a few pople laugh though when I was airbourne. Quote
king_of_the_sky Posted February 1, 2004 Report Posted February 1, 2004 it depends what type of bugging you want to do if you just want to do tricks and such the a smaller bullet would be fine but if you want to start going fast then you might consider something like a soulfly, razor, bora all of these kites are race kites do they are very unlikly to lift you out but you will get going fast. but it will take you a while to master kites like these as its a bit of an art flying some of them. Andy S Posted February 1, 2004 Report Posted February 1, 2004 Don't fly on really gusty days.... Alternatively, something like a smaller Little Devil (very stable & luff resistant). Andy Quote
peter32 Posted February 1, 2004 Report Posted February 1, 2004 You could try a new peter lynn rebble very fast a really easy to handle. Quote

Oh so true!! Fastest departure from buggy to date has occurred with a Razor 4.5 and a Pred3 2.8. If you do stupid things with them or put them in the wrong place they ALL bite back!!!! Quote
