chrishockley Posted January 16, 2004 Report Posted January 16, 2004 i am having trouble packing up my fire bee would it be eaiser to take off all the strings and pack then up seperaltey of fold them up in the kite Quote
Scoopy Posted January 16, 2004 Report Posted January 16, 2004 Personally I parapack. I have the kite landed and staked. Fold the kite up and put in the bag. Walk back to the handles taking the bag with you. Set the bag down, and start kinda coiling the string in, kite end first. I just usually push the line into the bag and let it lay wherever it goes. when you get to the handles, put them in the bag too. next time you go out to fly, stake your handles, walk downwind with the bag and let the lines trail out behind you. pull the kite out, unfold, and your already staked. walk the lines back and your ready to fly! Hope this helps Quote
daznsaz Posted January 17, 2004 Report Posted January 17, 2004 HI I just fold the kite in half then half again and so on until it goes in the bag. Grab hold of both handles in my left hand and wind all four lines around the handles in a clockwise action. When you come to unpack just do the exact opposite. If you take off all the lines each time i think that on a windy day you might struggle holding the kite down and re-attching the lines.Hope this helps. Quote
