I am new to this adiction and was wondering where I can obtain third party liability insurance incase anything ever happens whilst flying the kite on the beach / field. Does everybody use a standard company or is there a few to choose from? Who are the best?

Cheers.

Try Avon Kite flyers or Midland Kite flyers, they are two major UK kite sports clubs that offer insurance, but be warned. I am a member of the Avon Kite flyers, and question were asked about the satic flying blades (and other large folils) and the reply from the inusrance company was you are covered providing your feet do not move! e.g no skudding or jumping or running after the kite
