Guest firefighteralex
Which kite for buggy only. All i wwill use it for is buggying. was originally looking at blade 4.9 and then something smaller for when its windy. Do the blades produce too much lift. Any one got better idea's of what to go for. Would rather pay out for the right thing now than have to change it a couple of months down the line. Budgeting around the blade2 kind of price. Ps I'm no expert!! but have plenty of time for practicing. Up to 6 days a week weather permitting. The speed site interests me more than the free style too. alex
Jon C
blades & buggies deffo dont mix - far too much lift IMO, get urself a 3.5 bullet which will get your buggy moving nicely in wind speeds anywhere between 8 & 20 mph much cheeper than a blade too
FERRET1599968575
i use the blades for buggying but have been flying the 4.5m bullet today and forget the 4.9 blade, go for the 3.5 or 4.5 bullet its got a more consistent pull than the blade. give John at Power Kite Shop a call he'll be able to fix you up with something. bigrob
> Why did you go for the 1.5 and 4.5 Bullets rather than the 2.5? Is the 1.5 for really high winds (ie have I answered my own question).
bigrob
> I emailed http://www.powerkiteshop.co.uk at 7:44 this morning about the Loko boards they do (after I saw you recommend them). No reply. Bit difficult to phone from work. Let's hope that they are just so mega busy that they haven't had time to reply yet.
