It can be done, and its great fun ;)

No welding

 

Barrow wheels with sealed Koyo bearings

 

Aluminium Tube cut and bolted

 

Libre Rep. Axle

 

 

Its early days yet iv been out on it a few times now it seems fine.

iv done a few spins and needed to bail.

 

im on the look out for a 16 inch front wheel it needs to be less than 3 inches wide.

 

iv got a 7 foot length of Aluminium scaffold tube left over if any one wants it.

I fly on the Wykin recreation ground, it's on the Northern Perimeter Road, just up from the Truimph factory. It's big enough for most stuff, gets a bit busy at times, watch out for dogs (and the people being dragged round with 'em.)

 

I might have to work anyway, and my wrist is still too messed up to fly.
